Didn’t get to film it but here’s one of tonight’s burners: 1) Medicine Ball Thrusters x10 2) Lateral Raises x10 3) Bent Over Rows x10 4) Ab exercise of your choice (I did crunches with legs raised, Russian twists, and leg-pull-ins) x10 5) Burpees x10 . Nonstop cycle for 5 minutes, short break , then repeat 3-4 times 👍
